Terms & Conditions
“We”, “Us”, or “Our” refers to D.T Car Care, the provider of vehicle valeting services.
“Customer”, “You”, or “Your” refers to the person or entity requesting or receiving our services.
“Services” refers to the vehicle valeting and detailing work we perform.
All appointments must be booked in advance.
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment. Failing to do so will incur a 20% cancellation fee.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to weather, staffing, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Please ensure your vehicle is accessible and legally parked at the scheduled time.
Remove all personal belongings and valuables from the vehicle. We are not responsible for lost or damaged personal items.
Let us know in advance of any known vehicle issues (e.g., leaks, electrical faults) that could affect our service.
We will perform our services to a high standard, but we do not guarantee removal of all stains, odors, or contaminants.
If a vehicle is heavily soiled (e.g., pet hair, mold, excessive dirt), we may apply an additional charge or decline the service.
Any pre-existing damage (scratches, dents, interior wear) will be documented before work begins.
Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless agreed otherwise in writing.
We accept cash, card, & bank transfer.
Failure to pay may result in additional charges or legal action.
We are fully insured for public liability and damage caused during our service.
However, we are not liable for any pre-existing damage, or for issues arising after service due to mechanical faults, rust, or wear and tear.
If you are not satisfied with any part of the service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will do our best to resolve the issue.
Customer information is used solely for booking and service delivery and is never shared with third parties without your consent.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website or upon request.
Yearly Subscriptions
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all yearly subscription packages (“Subscriptions”) offered by D.T Car Care, referred to as “we”, “us”, or “our”. By purchasing a Subscription, you (“the Customer”, “you”, or “your”) agree to these Terms.
We offer the following yearly subscription plans:
Executive – 6 valets per year – £350 (saving £70)
Prestige – 12 valets per year – £700 (saving £140)
Elite – 24 valets per year – £1,395 (saving £285)
All Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase. Valets must be booked and used within this period; unused valets do not roll over into the following year.
Payment is due in full and upfront at the time of purchase.
Subscriptions are non-refundable once purchased, except where required by law.
Payment can be made by any accepted method listed on our booking or payment system.
Valets included in your Subscription must be booked in advance, subject to our availability.
We recommend booking early to secure preferred dates and times.
Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
Missed or late-cancelled appointments may be forfeited at our discretion.
Our services are available within our standard operating area.
Additional travel charges may apply for locations outside this area; these will be agreed before booking.
Subscriptions are valid for 12 months from the purchase date.
Any unused valets at the end of the 12-month period will automatically expire and hold no cash or service value.
Once purchased, Subscriptions are non-refundable and non-transferable, except as required under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Customers purchasing online or at a distance (e.g. by phone or internet) have a 14-day cooling-off period under UK law, unless a service is started within that time.
If you request your first valet during this period, you agree to waive your right to a full refund for services already provided.
We take every care while valeting your vehicle. However, D.T Car Care accepts no liability for pre-existing damage or faults.
We are not responsible for loss or damage arising from circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Vehicles must be presented in a safe and roadworthy condition.
You must remove personal belongings before your valet. We are not responsible for loss or damage to items left in the vehicle.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your Subscription.
